1. Advisory Nature of Services

ZQ Risk provides professional Compliance, Audit, Risk, Operations, Collections, Accounting & Business Assurance Advisory services. Our services are advisory and assessment-based in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of any particular regulatory, financial, commercial, or business outcome.

2. Compliance Health Check is Not a Complete Audit

The ₹7,500 Compliance Health Check is ZQ Risk's entry-level compliance assessment service. It is designed to provide an initial assessment based on the agreed scope and is not equivalent to a complete internal audit, statutory audit, forensic audit, regulatory inspection, legal opinion, or certification by a regulator.

3. No Guarantee of Regulatory Approval

ZQ Risk does not guarantee RBI registration, RBI approval, regulatory approval, licensing, audit clearance, or absence of regulatory observations. Regulatory decisions remain solely with the relevant regulatory or statutory authority.

4. Client Responsibility

The client remains responsible for compliance with applicable laws, business decisions, implementation of recommendations, and maintaining appropriate policies and controls. ZQ Risk's advisory services do not transfer these responsibilities from the client to ZQ Risk.

5. No Regulatory Representation

ZQ Risk is an independent advisory organization. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ZQ Risk is not a government authority, is not the Reserve Bank of India, does not act on behalf of RBI, and does not issue regulatory approvals, licenses, or “RBI compliant” certifications.
