Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Services & Overview

ZQ Risk provides professional advisory and assessment services including Compliance Health Checks (Entry-Level Service priced at ₹7,500), internal audits, risk and internal control reviews, operations advisory, and regulatory readiness assessments. Because our services involve professional time, resource allocation, document review, and analysis, cancellation and refund eligibility depend strictly on the service commencement stage.

2. Cancellation Before Service Commencement

Clients may request a cancellation after placing an order but before ZQ Risk has initiated service work, document review, or auditor allocation. Approved pre-commencement cancellations are eligible for a refund minus applicable payment gateway, transaction, or administrative charges.

3. Compliance Health Check (₹7,500) Refund Terms

• Before review begins: Cancellation requests may be considered for a refund, subject to transaction fee deductions.
• After review begins: Once ZQ Risk starts analyzing submitted information or documents, the service is deemed commenced and becomes non-refundable.
• After report preparation: Once deliverables or reports are substantially prepared, the service fee is strictly non-refundable.

4. Duplicate Payments & Failed Transactions

If a duplicate payment occurs, clients must notify ZQ Risk immediately with transaction details; verified duplicate amounts will be refunded to the original payment method after gateway fee adjustments. For failed transactions where funds are debited, processing depends on the payment gateway/banking system settlement cycle.

5. No Refund for Regulatory Outcomes

Payment for ZQ Risk professional assessment and advisory services does not guarantee regulatory approval, licensing, registration, absence of audit observations, or specific commercial results.
